How to Decorate a Mirror on a Budget: DIY Ideas for Your Living Room Makeover

★★★★★ We are an active duty couple, so every three years we have to move, and every three years I have to rebuy these things. What I’ve learned is the sticky adhesive back will not hold, and they will fall off the walls soon. So, I’ve learned to go with double sided tape.. which works fantastic, and won’t damage your walls. Make sure you peel the clouded film off so you get that pretty mirror shine when they’re all on your walls. Over all, I love how they enhanced the beauty of my mosaic clock. And I love how it gives our fireplace mantle, a whimsical look that we were going for.

★★★★★ I was pleasantly surprised because after all the negative reviews I wasn't expecting much. I didn't get the adhesive dots but I didn't care because I planned to use blue tac anyway. That has the added advantage of being flexible, which adhesive dots are not, and that matters because these little circles to reflect light don't have much structure. Hence the "fun house mirror" possibilities. They're also easily removed, realigned. I do recommend wearing a glove. Fingermarks can be hard to remove without scratching the surface.

★☆☆☆☆ I had purchased these little mirrors in hope of being able to use them in a photoshoot; however, I was greatly disappointed in their poor quality after opening them upon their arrival. These sad mirrors are cardboard based with poor quality mirror reflectivity. They also did not come with any adhesive if I had wanted to hang them up. I would say that you get what you pay for; however, I had purchased a small mirror set like this once from Target a long time ago for about the same price. Those were actually good quality mini-mirrors made with glass that had come with adhesive. Unfortunately, I had gotten rid of them; otherwise, I wouldn't have needed to purchase this item in hopes to replace them.

I wanted an out of the box full length mirror in my bedroom and didn't want a bully frame mirror to take away from relaxing atmosphere. These tiles were easy to install, simple to arrange and gave me the added creativity to the design in my room. I carefully chose these tiles because the geometric shape still allowed me to arrange them organically and fluidly. You can create any larger combination of tiles or separate them and make beautiful accents around your home. I want more sets of these to reach my ceiling and complete my work in progress full length mirror. I can use one tile to check my hair and makeup or step back and critique my outfit. If using in a combined space, they accentuate the room and bring depth to the space. Easy to use, simple to install in three steps! Durable and the adhesive is strong, but won't mark your wall/paint if you want to move them around or change your idea!

★☆☆☆☆ If you’re looking for funhouse mirrors, you are in the right place. I was very excited. Now I’m disappointed. Definitely not worth the price. I suggest you look elsewhere, i wish I would have. I’m a handsome person and like to keep my beard nice. I was unrecognizable in this mirror (see photo attached to review to have a good laugh!) If I was to shave in this mirror, it might as well be all of it because it would be impossible to do anything in a mirror like that. I will be requesting a refund. Please don’t ask me to send them back. I’ll be spending an hour just to get them torn off. That and shipping costs aren’t worth it. I’m unsatisfied with this product. Everything else like installation, stickiness & how stuck to the wall it is, 5 stars. The execution of the mirrors, half a star, maybe even a quarter, but I’m feeling generous today. There you have it. Beware unless you want to laugh at how you look.

★★★★★ There's a precaution / tip sheet regarding the strength of the double sided sticky tape. That warning is more than accurate. The tape is extremely adherent and will tear the drywall off INSTANTLY if you attempt to adjust placement. I patched the hole and then carefully rehung the mirror.They are such a good addition to your decor once they're placed at the intended spot.They're great quality for smaller separate mirrors and are easy to clean once hung up.

Draw a plumb level line less than 14 inches horizontally at top high enough to get your full head in the mirrors reflection. Place the one inch scotch double sized tape at the 4 corners not too close to the mirror edges and one in the very middle of the back side of each of the 4 mirror squares.
